O Pro Santa Cruz 2018 arrancou hoje pelas 7 horas da manhã na praia da Física.
O QS3000 conta com 21 os surfistas portugueses, entre eles Frederico Morais e Tiago Pires.
Ontem na conferencia de imprensa de apresentação da prova Frederico Morais referiu que: “Depois de três longos meses na Austrália, é ótimo voltar a casa e poder competir aqui em Santa Cruz. Competi aqui no ano passado e fui feliz, tendo alcançado o 3.º lugar, que é um bom resultado. Mesmo sendo uma prova 3000, temos aqui três surfistas do World Tour, os tops do ranking do QS, ou seja, vai ser uma prova renhida, com muito surf e é isso que eu procuro. Manter o meu ritmo e preparar-me para a próxima etapa do CT, no Brasil”.
